What's New
Every LiftLogic update, newest first — the new features, improvements, and fixes landing in your gym bag.
v4.5.0
August 21, 2026
Building a workout finally shows you what you're building
- The Exercises step now lists everything you've picked, with an Add Exercise button and swipe-to-remove, instead of dropping you into the full library with no view of your own choices
- Logging a past workout got the same treatment
- Warmup and cooldown still only offer the moves that belong there, and adding exercises now tells you how many you've added as you go
- Feedback has a place for your email address, so we can write back with a real answer — leave it blank and your feedback stays anonymous
- LiftLogic doesn't send email any more: no digests, no milestone mail, no "we miss you" nudges, and the Email Preferences screen is gone with them
- Retired Kai voice and text workout logging, along with the AI cards on My Day, your workout summary and your journal — your weekly plan is still here, still shaped around your recovery, and now comes together instantly on every iPhone
v4.4.0
August 15, 2026
Your photos come home to your iPhone
- Every photo and video you add — journal shots, workout verification photos, your own exercise clips, your profile picture — now lives on your iPhone and syncs through your private iCloud
- Anything you saved before this update moves across on its own, the first time you open the app
- Exercise photos are built into the app, so every screen opens instantly and looks right with no signal at all
- Fixed: replacing the video on one of your custom exercises no longer wipes it
- Fixed: a journal photo that failed to save now shows up instead of a broken placeholder
- Your data export now includes your photos as real image files you can open
v4.3.0
August 12, 2026
Your weekly plan now builds itself on your iPhone
- Your weekly plan comes together entirely on your iPhone — offline, in seconds, without a word of your training leaving the phone
- On an Apple Intelligence iPhone, the on-device model shapes it
- iCloud sync now heals itself — if your iCloud copy was ever cleared, LiftLogic rebuilds it and re-uploads your whole history instead of quietly giving up
- Retired AI photo food scanning. Barcode scanning, food search and typing a meal in yourself are all still here — and they are faster
v4.2.1
August 11, 2026
Your whole exercise library, built right in
- All 400+ exercises now ship inside the app — on screen the instant you open LiftLogic, with nothing to download and no signal required, ever
- Ask for your data and you get everything: your export is built right on your iPhone and includes every workout, routine, record, journal entry and nutrition log, plus the photos you have attached
- Quicker launches, and no more waiting on an empty exercise list after a fresh install
- Retired Connect AI Assistants — your training now lives on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, so there is no longer a copy on our servers for an outside assistant to read
v4.2.0
August 9, 2026
LiftLogic is free — and your training is finally yours
- Every feature you used to pay for is now yours permanently — no subscription, no paywall, no catch
- Your workouts, records, and history now live on your iPhone and sync privately through your own iCloud account
- Works fully offline — a plane, a basement gym, no signal at all, and your whole history is still right there
- Faster launches and a lighter, quicker app
- Analytics and ad-attribution tracking removed entirely
v4.1.0
July 28, 2026
Back-fill any day, and never break your streak
- Nutrition History is now a full calendar — scroll through your days, tap any one (even a day you missed), and log food straight to it
- Exercise demos now play as crisp, faster-loading animations across the app
- Stronger, more reliable app security with App Attest device verification
- The Apple Weather card and its attribution are always reachable
- Fixed an issue that could block AI Weekly Plans from loading, plus general stability work
v4.0.1
July 18, 2026
My Day, rebuilt around today's workout
- Today's session is now the headline — a big card with a one-tap Start, a live "up next" hand-off as you finish, and a "Day crushed" celebration when you're done
- Workout History looks ahead — your upcoming scheduled and planned days appear right in the timeline
- A new This Week card shows your consistency at a glance and races you against last week
- Real demo clips for every movement in your very first session
- Stretch & Recover sessions are fully startable again, and now target the muscles you've actually been training
v4.0.0
July 11, 2026
Your first set, before you even sign up
- A hands-on onboarding that lets you log your very first set — with real exercise demos, haptics, and confetti — before you create an account
- A personalized first week that adapts to your schedule and experience level, ready the moment you finish setup
- AI Weekly Plan: Kai builds your week, adjusts each day as life happens, and lets you undo any change with a tap
- One simple, unified Generate flow for creating workouts
- Lifetime membership — unlock LiftLogic forever with a single purchase
v3.15.0
July 7, 2026
Pinch-to-zoom form checks and sharper muscle balance
- Pinch to zoom on exercise photos to get right up close and nail your form.
- Muscle balance gets a timeframe selector — see how your training split shifts over any window.
- Exercise detail always shows the right photo, and social notifications now show real names instead of placeholders.
- Scheduling a workout onto a day keeps your week view perfectly in sync.
v3.14.0
July 6, 2026
A smarter Home, personalized demos, and workout scheduling
- Exercise photos now match your profile for clearer, more relatable demonstrations.
- A stage-aware Home guides your My Day experience until your first completed workout.
- Schedule a workout right from its cover — with a reminder that deep-links straight back to your session.
- Generated workouts stick around: dismissing one means "not now," not deleted, so your plan is always waiting.
- Continuous, date-grouped workout history that scrolls smoothly across your whole training timeline.
v3.13.0
July 2, 2026
Ask your AI about your training — plus streak freezes
- Connect your training data to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Gemini and ask your AI anything about your workouts, PRs, and recovery.
- Earn a streak freeze every 7 workout days that automatically bridges missed days — a busy week won't break your run anymore.
- Edit workouts on the fly: swap, reorder, and tweak exercises mid-session with inline metric editors and a built-in plate calculator.
- Smarter reminders and an optional loud rest alarm keep you on pace, with polished new animations throughout the app.
v3.12.0
June 29, 2026
Sharper emails and steadier reminders
- Your LiftLogic emails got a fresh new look — a cleaner layout, friendlier dates, and quick links to follow along.
- Workout reminders are more reliable, so they show up right when you expect them.
- A round of under-the-hood fixes makes the whole app feel smoother.
v3.5.1
May 24, 2026
Easier in-app feedback
- Reporting a problem or sharing an idea from inside the app is now faster and more reliable.
v3.5.0

Rest timers, a cleaner Watch, and faster exercises
- Finish a set and a rest reminder schedules itself automatically — never lose track of your rest again.
- The Apple Watch workout view got a cleaner, easier-to-read layout.
- Exercise images load faster and use less memory, and launch is smoother and more stable.
v1.0.0
January 1, 2024

- The first release of LiftLogic — track your workouts, analyze exercises with AI, and sync with HealthKit.
- An Apple Watch companion app and home screen widgets, right out of the gate.
